On the shores of the Tennessee river, Ft. Loudoun was a frontier fort from the 1760's. A few times a year they have garrison weekends where folks replicate the frontier life of the british army and their families and their accociation with the native americans of the area...
That is so nice to know that it is there. I at first thought you were on Mackinac Island. Great shots of some great red coats.
