I had a bonus day yesterday, I found a Nesting area for Herons, Rosate Spoonbills and Cormorants. And a few other different birds and reptiles as well...:-)

Shoot the Moon

I took this last night in Louisiana, not too bad. There was alot of ambient light from the truckstop, I prefer the desert or the counrty when I take moon shots.

One more cacti macro

This is the bud on a Prickley Pear cactus, its approximatly the size of a quarter. I used my Sigma 105mm Macro lens with the settings at ISO 400 F:2.8 and in Aperature priority mode at a distance of 6 inches.
